Erin & Chris were married on a cold December day at the Cescaphe Ballroom in Philadelphia. After getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite of the Loews hotel in Center City, we all headed out for photos around town. Our first stop for wedding photos was at Love Park. This stop was full of skaters and friendly strangers congratulating the (soon to be) newlyweds. We next stopped for photos at The Philadelphia Museum of Art and finished our photo session back in center city at Rittenhouse Square. After the photos were finished wee all headed to Chescaphe for the wedding and reception! Congratulations to Erin & Chris!
Therese & Ryan held their wedding in New Jersey with a reception at the beautiful Cairnwood Estate. My good friend and photographer, Ryan Estes was on hand for the photos. Erin Proud of Proud to Plan, took care of organizing and making sure the day looked beautiful.
Therese & Ryan wanted an entire video that had our "Super-8 Style" look to it. I love shooting and editing this style cause it's very different from what we normally do. This is the dancing section of their wedding video. Halfway through this clip, The Mummers show up as Therese's brother is a sax player with The Mummers. Congratulations Therese & Ryan. Enjoy this clip. The video is on it's way to you soon.
I said there would be more to come from Jaryn & Brian's wedding. And I am a man of my word. Here is Jaryn & Brian's Ending Highlights. Lots of Super-8 film is mixed together with video for this ending clip from their feature production. Jaryn & Brian also have a full length highlight coming their way too. I am so excited to finally share all of their video with them because they had such a beautiful day and we shot SO MUCH incredible footage on film and video that day. Enjoy this next clip you guys!
Jaryn & Brian were married last year in Philadelphia. This clip is from their center city Philadelphia wedding photo session. My good friend and fantastic wedding photographer, Ryan Estes took Jaryn & Brian to some very cutting edge and unique locations around the Philadelphia Loews Hotel where Jaryn & Brian held their wedding reception. There is more to come from this wedding. I just wanted to get this clip up because I really enjoyed working on it this afternoon!
This past Friday First Floor Films was shooting Kim & Micah's wedding at The Waterworks Restaurant in Philadelphia. Kim, Micah and their families are huge Phillies fans. Excitement is definitely in the air this week for both families as Kim & Micah were getting married AND the Phillies just won their 2nd consecutive National League Championship! Kim had made up a "fake" place-card for some of her favorite, famous Philadelphians as if they were attending her wedding. Well.....one of the place-cards had Mr. Ryan Howard's name on it. And he actually showed up!!! Channel 6 Action News contacted me last night to get a copy of some of the raw footage from Ryan Howard's appearance and Kim & Micha's wedding. They aired the story this morning on the 6 AM broadcast. Check it out below. Congratulations to the newlyweds, Kim & Micah! And of course, GO PHILLIES!!!!! (Shooting credit goes out to my dad Andy on this. Thanks for being on top of this and capturing this great moment for Kim & Micha, Dad!)
Ashley & Matt were married last year at one of my favorite locations, Appleford Estate. They had a perfect day and a perfect wedding. They planned so many cool details from custom napkins and wedding favors, to their very emotional and personal wedding vows.
Photographer (and fellow Philadelphia Wedding Project shooter) Joy Moody was on hand to capture the day in stills. The STUNNING floral arrangements were provided by Beautiful Blooms. This was simply an amazing wedding with a great couple. I was happy to be a part of your wedding celebration Ashley & Matt. Congratulations again.
PS: Plug for Matt's Brooklyn Restaurant No.7. Check it out if you are in the NYC area and in need of a great meal. I look forward to dinning there sometime soon, myself.
Steph & Joe were married at The Ram's Head Inn in Galloway, NJ. These two had an absolute BLAST on their wedding day. A choreographed entrance/first dance and a crowd that packed the dance floor all night are some of my memories from this (very much in love) couple. But let's rewind it a bit for the video clip below. This is the "pre-ceremony" section from Steph & Joe's wedding video. Congratulations to you both. Thank you for sharing your day with me. The DVDs are on their way!
Amy & Jay (who coincidentally, live right down the street from my old pad in San Francisco) held their wedding at The Mansion on Main Street in Vorhees, New Jersey. Amy is originally from New Jersey, so she and Jay were married her on the East Coast close to family and friends.
This clip is from their photo session with photographer Ryan Estes in Center City Philadelphia. Ryan took Amy & Jay along with their entire wedding party on a brief tour of Philly. We stopped at Logan Square, City Hall and the Ben Franklin Bridge before heading over to The Mansion on Main street for the wedding ceremony and reception.
Congratulations to Amy & Jay! Enjoy this clip you guys. The DVDs are coming to you very shortly!
Caren & Eric held their wedding last fall at La Massaria at Bella Vista. A beautiful and warm afternoon was the prefect setting for their outdoor ceremony. Kevin & Joy of Spark Photography took Caren & Eric along with me and their wedding party on a nice leisurely stroll around the golf course for their photo session. This clip is from that photo session held right before Caren & Eric said their "I do's". Congratulations to you both. The DVDs are on their way!
